Jennifer Polovetsky (formerly Jennifer Goykhman) began her career over a decade ago as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the NYC Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel, Tax & Bankruptcy Litigation Division (formerly the Tax & Condemnation Division). "Our firm’s mission is to support clients of every size that are
faced with eminent domain.  We take great pride in helping property owners and  businesses--many of which are family owned--to not
only keep their businesses running, but to have the opportunity
to improve with a fresh start at a new location.”
In 2010, Jennifer founded the Law Offices of Jennifer Polovetsky, Esq., PLLC; and in 2012 the name of the firm was changed to Sanchez & Polovetsky, PLLC when Philip A. Sanchez, Esq., a former partner at the law firm of Goldstein, Rikon & Rikon, P.C., became a Member of the firm. Since founding the firm in 2010, Jennifer Polovetsky has strived to provide every client of the firm with outstanding legal services, personalized attention, and the utmost respect.
